Welcome to Aon's 2026 Q3 Global Benefits Professional Services Pulse Survey.

We are convening regional and global Total Rewards and HR leaders across the professional services sector – specifically Accounting / Audit, Consulting, Legal, Engineering and IT Consulting - to share your perspectives on the reward and benefits priorities shaping the next 12 months.

Findings will be shared in anonymised, aggregated form and will shape a peer roundtable on the issues most relevant to participating firms — from cost pressure and workforce competitiveness to benefits governance, wellbeing and the role of AI.

As a participant, you will receive an advance copy of the findings and an invitation to the roundtable.
