Aon’s Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Survey

Every day, we hear that building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace is a core objective for businesses across the globe. As companies are planning and executing on this there are several factors to consider building a program which attracts and retains strategic talent, drives business results, and creates a resilient business.

This survey aims at providing companies with key data points to drive policy and rewards related decisions - enabling the business to embrace inclusivity effectively. Thank you in advance for your participation.

Who should take this survey:

  • Role Profile: Professionals responsible for Rewards, Benefits, DE&I or Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) efforts for their organizations.
  • Please note: This survey has two sets of questions split across geographical responsibility, based on the geographic area selected. On the next screen you will be guided to either of the 2 sets.
Based on the data from the survey Aon will produce anonymized, aggregated results to share country level summaries with participants. We will also use the aggregated data to build and inform our work in the area of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, which could be shared with our clients and business partners. We do not use or disclose any individual level data.
