APAC Corporate Governance and ESG Survey

Thank you for your interest in our 2022 APAC Corporate Governance and ESG Survey

Business resilience relies on leaders taking action to address environmental, social and governance (ESG) risk. Now, more than ever, C-suite and board level decision makers need to anticipate and respond to rapidly changing conditions to protect their organisations and seize opportunities before competitors.

A sound ESG strategy can help organisations achieve long-term, sustainable growth. However, developing the right strategy, and executing and measuring progress, can prove challenging.

Survey Objectives

This survey is intended for board directors and senior decision makers involved at board level, such as CEOs and other C-suite leaders, and senior managers responsible for environmental, social and corporate governance matters, including diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) and sustainability outcomes.

If you do not hold one of these roles but would like to participate in the survey and receive our complimentary report, we invite you to gather and submit data on behalf of the appropriate person or people within your organisation.

This survey will gather insight into:
  • Core issues concerning boards and CEOs
  • How material ESG factors are being identified
  • Approaches to monitoring and disclosing progress
  • Managing accountability
  • The role of rewards and incentives in decision making
  • Focus areas for diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I)
  • Evaluating and aligning workforce resilience measures, from employee value proposition (EVP) redesign and wellbeing and flexible work initiatives to skills assessment and training, career pathing, and talent attraction and retention strategies.
Participants will receive a complimentary copy of the survey findings to be published in early 2023. However, submissions must be received online by 5pm SGT on Friday, 9 December.
