2026 Southeast & East Asia Human Capital Education Survey

Welcome to the Aon Human Capital in Schools Survey for Southeast and East Asia. 

This survey is designed for senior leaders in schools, including Principals, Heads of School, HR leaders, Business Managers, Bursars, and Board members. We encourage you to share this survey with the most appropriate leader(s) responsible for people, health, and wellbeing within your school. 

Our goal is to better understand how schools in key locations in Asia, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Malaysia, are managing their people, health, benefits, and wellbeing priorities. Findings will be aggregated and anonymised; no individual school will be identified in any reporting.

The survey should take around 20-25 minutes to complete. By participating, you will receive complimentary access to a summary of the survey findings, giving you insight into how schools across Southeast and East Asia are approaching key people, health, benefits and wellbeing priorities. Your insights will help shape relevant benchmarking, guidance and solutions for the education sector across the region.
