Singapore Employee Benefits Study 2025

Thank you for your interest in our survey, which is designed to explore the prevalence and relevance of insured and non-insured benefits in Singapore, and benchmark programs.

By taking part, you will learn about the latest employer offerings, have a chance to compare your program with peers, and get the data you need to have meaningful talent conversations.

Participants who complete the survey will receive a complimentary summary report containing critical data and insights to help shape their organisation’s benefits strategy.

The survey will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. It closes at 5 pm SGT on 30th April.
